You have to contact the company to get a replacement battery ($120) or charger which will take 2 months to fulfillI don't know if they are committed to this business...their website doesn't have any inventory of the cart. I ordered a second battery. My last electric cart became obsolete because the company went out of business and when my battery ran low and my charger got damaged there were no replacement parts2. Speed control takes some getting used to

I FINALLY HAD TO TRASH IT AFTER MAYBE 20 - 9 HOLE ROUNDS. DRIVE MECHANISM FAILED COMPLETELY AND NO WAY TO GET SUPPORT. BUMMERThis item would get 10 Stars for functionality but the set up instructions were very poor but being mechanical, I was able to fugure it out. There is NO INFORMATION RE HOW TO HANDLE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE including: Where to get a new battery when I need one, problem solutions and operation/maintenance issue management. I have tried online buy am unable to find further information anywhere. Not even how to contact the company. PLEASE HELP.

I have used my electric golf trolley 3 times now since I purchased it. The battery charges quickly and is powerful enough to propel the trolley up fairly steep and bumpy terrain.The power knob is very conveniently placed and easy to increase and/or decrease speed. I especially like that my bag stays put with the cords at the top and bottom of the bag.Several people have checked it out and I sing it’s praises.I bought this golf trolley so that I can continue to walk the golf course for many years.

This product is awesome. It was a snap to assemble. I love the 4th wheel stability as I play on a very hilly course.It is easy to set up and take down. The battery is very light. I have used it three times so far, and it is getting easier to do the speed adjustment. All controls are simple and intuitive. The construction is very sturdy. I am recommending it to a friend to try out this week.

Arrived one day early and was easy to assemble. It completed 18 holes on a long course 6850 yards. Only thing wrong was it arrived with one zip tie broken.

Most of them enjoyable but still hard to carry.
