Lighter but more flimsy than the traditional orange bin-bag, this is a perfectly good emergency bag in a nice small packet. You'll probably radiate marginally less heat if you put the silver side outwards, but having the option of orange might come in handy if you want it to be spotted.I tried it for one night under a too-short shelter and it trapped a lot of heat (and condensation) and kept the rain off the end of my sleeping bag all night.I don't think it's really meant to be reusable, but it sticks well to gaffer tape. After patching two smallish tears I managed to get it back into its bag and it's good for at least one more go.

This is an emergency pack, which to me it is really fir emergency use! It is very little pack and light, makes it very easy to take it with me!I haven’t used it yet, but planking yo take it with me when I go to friend house (as thee is not enough bed area) so I’d imagine it’ll be useful for me. The material is like plastic, I just scratched it accidentally, when I was opening it, so should be careful.But overall it I’m happy with it, as it’ll come in handy and it’s value for money.

My son has described it as an emergency body bag... He's not far wrong. He said he warmed up pretty quickly and surprisingly and it sounds crinkly lying inside it. However he has said it will be perfect for putting his sleeping bag inside when he goes camping to stop any damp getting through to him when he camps in the back garden.It's airtight, he's trying to fold it back into its original bag and he's just puffing all the air round it. It's very bright but he likes it.

Bought this to keep in the bag of my running pack. It is small and lightweight but a significant step up from those cheapy silver foil ones you can buy. I quickly unrolled it to check it looked ok and it feels robust enough to be used in an emergency. Overall I think it is was a good investment, because if something did happen I would rather be in this than some other cheap options.
