I've suffered with migraines for several years. I've tried many different treatments and have always wanted to use a more natural method. I tried Alivio because of the reported benefits of Vitamin B2, magnesium and feverfew. I have to say that it worked fairly well. B vitamins can make my urine a little yellowish but other than that it worked well. After a short while my headache was gone! I'm sticking with it. Recommend for people looking for a natural alternative to headache treatment

Not as good as other that I tried before. I guess it doesn't have the same effects on different people.

I have been using this product for about 1 year. l live in a very hot and humid climate and have a higher tendency to get migraines during the height of summer. Whenever i feel a shadow or just the slight incline that i might get one, i take a capsule and it usually prevents a full migraine from coming on.They don't work as well when i take them during a migraine in my expirience. I don't have to take them everyday for them to be effective for me. They have helped me more then any other migraine medication i've used before and i feel way more secure taking Alivio then some pills.So glad i found it and tried it. Will keep repurchasing.

Still too soon to tell how it's working will update again

When my headaches have been at their worst, my doctor has offered me what’s known as a Myers cocktail. It’s administered intravenously and it takes about a half an hour. It’s full of magnesium and B vitamins. It was always helpful but expensive and not covered by insurance. This tablet is as close to that as I have ever found. Just taking it the last week I’ve been able to take way less medication for my chronic migraines than I have in years. I It is particularly helpful to take at night to prevent morning headaches.

My wife threw them up so I threw them away.

I've had migraines for years and tried a bunch of different off the shelf products. Been to doctors and pain management specialists, and had results that could best be described as mediocre. Alivio has been terrific for me, in just a few weeks. I'm more relaxed and when I do have a head ache, this seems to act more quickly than my other treatments. Glad I took a chance on this, it's been great for me.

I'm so tired of taking Imitrex or Maxalt multiple times a month -- while it helps (often but not always) with the migraine, it leaves me feeling nauseous and exhausted. I was hesitant to try Alivio but have been curious about Feverfew and was pleasantly surprised -- it didn't make everything perfect, but it took the sharp edges off the migraines and let me live my life - without the side effects. I'll definitely keep using this.
