When you get an incomplete or a bad used item that’s usually a shipper issue not the quality outside of itself. So none of these one star reviews I believe are valid that leaves 85% five-star and the others four.If you look at my review history I am not in the habit of giving five star reviews. For me that signifies excellent beyond and above most expectations for any product. Not one of the reasons this gets five stars is the price, because you’re getting a $50 tactical pen for nine bucks. Second of all all the tools fit on the pan at the same time which many of the multi-pens require you to swap out the beds and I have no place to store them in the meantime. Yeah there’s not really a whole lot to this pen but it’s built like a tank it does it’s job and it’s incredibly cheap and kind of stylish. Build quality is first rate. If all it had was a flashlight and a pen it would be worth the money. But then it has an emergency stylus and glass breaker and that makes this thing incredibly versatile pen. It’s not a multi tool there’s no screwdrivers and fires deals and all that stuff but basically you’re just using this when you would use a pen, and you’re getting so much more utility for the same space. And oh yeah holy crap I forgot about the knife! You can cut stubborn cord you can sharpen a pencil in a pinch you can cut through his seatbelt. You have to pull out the person rather than spread which makes it faster to deploy but it pretty sturdy when you lock it in the cap.It comes with extra batteries extra pen refills and a free credit card multitool in a very nice custom cut hard foam gift box. I plan on getting about 10 of these for my friendsIf you’re a tinkerer you probably look at some of the multitool pens, but this is more of a tactical pen to be used in an emergency and even unlikely, self-defense situation. Let’s face it most of us will never need to defend ourselves with this parent and we’re just going to use it with a pen but I like having a flashlight and a knife right at my fingertips. I don’t even have to reach in my pocket for my Swiss Army knife.The stylus comes in more handy than you would think because sometimes it’s handy are used in my fingertip for my phone and tablet.I’m a talk to please stubborn and consumer but they had it out of the park with this.Yeah at $20 it would be 3 to 4 stars but it’s not, it’s 9 dollars. For the price of a crappy fast food meal, you get a pen that will last you decades and probably save you a lot of irritation rummaging around for a small tour when you need one.

It is an excellent and efficient product, the material is ok, and the price is good.But there is a problem that most of the batteries attached are damaged, and there are some units are not actually new but used and this is evident from the effects on the product.Overall, the product is good and offers good performance.

The product is great. The flashlight works amazingly. The pen didn't work in the beginning but after a few tries, it started to work. I was disappointed that I couldn't put both the knife and stylus at the same time. I thought that I could prior to the purchase, but that's fine, no big deal. One improvement I'd like to recommend is this: the pen is connected to the window breaker. The pen part is placed in its own hole, but when you take it out, you can't put the window breaker into the pen hole. If the window breaker could go into the pen hole, it would've been perfect.

Again, this is scam. Never buy this to waste your time. Received used and bad item. See photos. One set of batteries is dead and the flashlight doesn't work. Some of the black paint is gone because it is a used item. Too bad.

This is the first tactical pen I've ever owned, but I can tell this is a very high quality product for the price. It arrived with all pieces in tact and I'm happy to say everything works as advertised, including the flashlight (three additional batteries are included). The stylus attachment works flawlessly on my smartphone, knife attachment is solid, & the multitool card is a nice bonus. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of this pen!

Received the pen and was pleasantly surprised by its durability but when I looked closer at the box I noticed an empty space. I then realized the Multitool card was missing. I emailed KOZO to explain the missing item and I am still waiting for a response. If I don't hear from them in a couple days, I am going to as for a refund.

I bought this for my father as a belated Father's Day gift and he loves it! It's his new toy. He has so much fun with all the gadgets. I would definitely recommend this as a gift for any man who likes to tinker and fiddle, but the pen is also practical. The quality is amazing--especially for the money. The pen does everything it says it does and the multitool card is a terrific addition! You can't lose in buying this pen! :-)
