Strong Cat Pan Liner
I always order Van Ness Extra Giant cat pan liner at Amazon. The cat pan liner fits perfectly into my giant litter box. The cat pan liner makes it very easy to clean out the litter box. I remove it from the sides of the litter box and use the pull tabs to close it and then put it into my garbage can. There are no leaks inside my litter box because the liner is strong.

Van Ness Extra Giant Liners fit perfectly together with matching Cat Pan
I have 9 cats. I use the Van Ness Extra Giant cat pan liners with the Extra Giant cat pan in my upstairs bathroom as a supplemental cat box to the two "under the bed totes" serving as the master litter boxes in the basement. The Van Ness Extra Giant Cat Pan with the coordinating extra giant liners work perfectly together. The liners are ample in size both width and depth so you don't have to stretch the liner to get it around the corners causing it to rip, in fact, there is plenty of loose plastic hanging over the sides. They are also sufficiently deep. If you use any Van Ness cat pan with its matching liner, you won' have any problems. I read several reviews that complained about stretched and ripped sides. That will happen if you mixing and matching generic litter boxes with Van Ness cat pan liners, unless you're lucky enough that the two just happen to fit. Also, reviewers complained of their cats ripping and shredding the liners. The liner didn't fail, it's one of two things: Either the litter box was not clean enough for the cat and they decided to show their disdain by shredding it; or, cats by nature just like to claw at just about anything including couches and litter box liners.

Make litter clean up easier
I give these 4 stars rather than 5 because yes I would like them tougher. However, in answer to those who criticize the liners for tearing, think about how strong a cats claws are. If my cats can scratch my furniture, I am not going to find a liner that is scratch proof unless it is made out of metal which would be outrageously expensive. I find that these liners plus about an inch of litter hold up well if dumped directly into a heavy duty garbage bag for garbage pickup outside my house each week. It is a mistake to have 4 or 5 inches of litter in the box and reuse the unsoiled litter and the liner. New litter and new liner each week is the trick. Normally a small amount of litter does get out of the liner but i just pour the extra in the heavy duty garbage bag as well. Everything takes about 5 minutes.

Why make litter box liners so thin?
They fit extra large litter boxes better, though I wouldn't mind them being even a bit larger. They're so thin that I just did a complete litter box change yesterday and just overnight the liners are already starting to get shredded compared to Johnny Cat Heavy Duty Jumbo Liners, which are much thicker, but are so small, that I had to literally wrestle with the Liners to get them on. I'm still waiting for catbox liners that actually fit and are thick enough to not be shredded overnight. Please make VanNess DL715 Pureness Extra Giant Drawstring catbox liners a bit bigger and heavy duty thicker.

Easy to Clean!
These bags have greatly reduced the amount of time, muscle, and cleaning products used when cleaning my cats' litter boxes. I have two cats and two boxes and once a month I empty out the litter, clean the box, and put fresh litter in. It has always been a dirty, time consuming job but these bags make it a breeze! I was afraid my cats would tear the bags apart but they don't. There are a few holes poked in every once in a while but the bags are not shredded and hold up very well. I put a few paper towels under the bag in case it leaks and haven't had any problems. After I put in the bags I sprinkle some baking powder and then pour in the litter. My cats have no problems using the litter box with the liner and now there is no more scraping waste off the box, soaking with soap and water or lysol. I gather the bag closed and put it in another plastic shopping bag in case of litter escaping out of holes. I still spray the boxes with lysol to get rid of litter dust that accumulates but it is SO EASY compared to before when I had to wear plastic gloves and soak the litter box to remove litter caked in the bottom. The corners of the bags can be a problem because they can collect urine so I have to keep them folded. The bags could be a little more box shaped but they work out much better than I was expecting and I am very happy to have found these. I use this litter pan https://smile.amazon.com/Van-Ness-Control-Extra-Enclosed/dp/B0002ASCGM/ref=sr_1_9?keywords=extra+large+blue+litter+box&qid=1575821248&sr=8-9 and leave the door off. My first box of bags had 14 instead of 15 but I have been so happy with them I almost don't care. We'll see if the next box has the same.

Kitty approved. We have 3 boxes and 5 kitties - all indoor. These don't tear easily. The tears we've had were human caused from overeager scooping. Cleaning is a breeze - we used to empty litter pans and wash down with hot water and soap, then drying with towels (reserved for this) and then washing/drying towels, etc. It was quite the production. Now we just lift the bag out of the box, put the new bag in and fill. Should have done this a long time ago. Kitties agree as their boxes are changed out more frequently since we can do all 3 in about 5-7 minutes time and the house overall smells better. Now if we can just find litter that absolutely controls odors - lol.
