Oh my spoiled princess Missy just loves this. I have 2 of them. At the foot of my bed where she lives to lay, I put this in the covers for her and she LOVES it. She will get in it and when it starts warming, she will groom and then she's out like a light. It's funny now because if I don't have this out when she jumps up on the bed, she will literally just stand there, looking at me then the floor, where I keep it under the bed. When I reach under the bed, she squeaks and then moved back to allow room for me to place it. It's VERY easy to understand . The controls are so easy. The heat control is from 1 to 6, I keep it on 3. There is a 4,8,12 and 24 hour timer too. I always keep it on 4 hours. Easy in and off button. It's very very soft and the cover is washable. The power cord is long enough too. This is really a safe and reliable item, that's why I have 2 of them. If you find that your unit is blinking during use, check the plug. I find that when the plug comes loose in the socket, it blinks. It's a nice safety feature. Great item and I have tried 2 other heating pads for my girl and they didn't measure up to the quality of this one. Missy fits perfectly in it too. She's about 11 pounds(a full figured gal) and all of her fits perfectly. It's also pretty too.

I absolutely love this cat heating pad—and more importantly, so does my cat! I had a different one before without a timer, so I really appreciate that I can now control the heat and set a shutoff time. It never gets too hot, just warm and cozy. I left it out for a day and eventually my cat gave in—and now it’s his favorite place to curl up when there’s no sun in the window. Highly recommend if you’re looking to spoil your furry little companion!

Nice large size. My dog is about 65 lbs so it was perfect for her. Loved the timed settings which worked out great. Would definitely recommend this product.

Warms well, good controls

My cat LOVES this heating pad. She is always stays on it. I love the various options for heat levels and time for keeping it on as well. The cord is very thick and sturdy and my cat is unable to chew on it which is great!

I love the adjustable feature. This is great and I would buy again. Seems durable and my cat loves it

** UPDATE below.Same issue for me as others unfortunately. It worked well for a few months and then after it's been on for a little bit, the LEDs start flashing and the pad heating turns off, sometimes only after 30 minutes. I only ever used it at level 3 or 4 and never for longer than a couple hours, so it's disappointing that it just dies after a while.**Update: After this review, the NICREW gave me a refund, so although the product did not work well, I am happy there wasn't a headache and thankful for the good customer service.

My doggo loves it! Nice heat, timer is convenient. Cover slides around a bit but no biggie.
