Perfect for use in a brewery.
We needed a scale for weighing kegs as they are being filled with beer. A full 1/2 barrel keg weighs a little bit short of 200 lbs so this scale has plenty of room to spare. The plate is a perfect size and the display is simple to use. In a brewery, the chemicals and the beer can be harsh so having the plastic cover on the display is a great idea, too.

Excellent scale for shipping and moving.
I move, a lot, and ever ounce counts. More often than not I don't trust the movers scales when they are weighing out my goods. Sometimes they don't tare they're scale properly, sometimes it's just not calibrated, and so on. I purchased this scale to get a more accurate reading than what the shippers were saying my goods weighed and provide me with rationale if they said i was overweight. The scale is very reliable and extremely robust. Can weigh light and heavy good with pretty accurate precision for my needs. Internal battery has a pretty long life and the power adapter supplied with it just plugs right in. Required some assembly when I received it but was quick and easy. and It's great since it folds down for easy storage when not in use. I highly recommend this scale for anyone who needs to ship extremely heavy goods or wants to ensure they're movers are held accountable.

Great scale, works well for our needs in the brewery weighing kegs. The only issue is that the power supply plug that came with it is European style, so I have to find another plug or get an adapter.

USE FOR WEIGHING HAY
We weigh hay for our metabolic horses and this scale is perfect for that. We use the tare weight function to zero out the bucket weight then drop in the hay to the exact weight we need.....simple and quick.....perfect for us
