I have used these supplements since I was 35. When people ask me what I do for my skin, this is what I tell them to use. Collagen is almost like freezing your current face by taking them. So you wont get any collagen that you have lost but you will prevent your face, skin, etc from losing more. I think this product helps me with my hair skin and nails. Other products require taking several pills to get results. You only have to take one to get the same dosage.

I've tried several different collagen pills and I keep coming back to this one. I like that it lasts three months and that the dose is just a single pill.

What I like most is to take only 1 pill compare to other brands that need more than 1 to have full dosis.
