Excellent product as good as some very expensive products exactly the same , very sturdy, strong , extremely relaxing, designed well , works very well !

The first thing that I want to say is that I find this a lovely little tool to use, it arrived very promptly after ordering in good condition and I have been using this every day since it came. The only reason that I deducted a star is that it makes a horrible loud grating sort of buzz come whine when in use that badly goes through my ears and for me the noise takes away any relaxing effects of the face massage. It is particularly unbearable when moving the tool at the top of the cheekbone as the noise goes directly into my ear. Other than that however it is lightweight to hold and move around and I like it. It is too early on the journey to comment on changes to appearance and one can only hope it will give a little lift as I am 62 but I do feel a bit tighter around the jaw and cheekbones after using for 10 minutes each morning. The T roller I find useful for massaging the severe swelling in my feet, ankles and legs as I have bad Lymphoedema and it is soothing. I am updating my review on 04/08/2023, because although I still find the noise bothersome, I felt compelled to give it the full 5 stars because the two ball roller is amazingly effective. Despite my age group I am really noticing a difference in my face after using merely around 8-10 minutes every morning after washing my face for less than 2 weeks. My neck and face feel much more toned and I believe I can see quite a difference in my fine lines and wrinkles, not so much in the deep set ones but I shall still work on them and see if they become less pronounced over time. All in all I am extremely glad that I bought this and for the reasonable price paid it seems to be admirably fit for purpose.

I've given this item a 5 star even though I reacted to it as I have a nickel allergy. I will warn those who do have a nickel allergy not to use it, other that that it is a nice item to use.

This item is good looking but that’s about it, one of the tool do not work the instruction manual do not make sense especially the instructions about the batteries. I’m very unhappy with this project and would like a full refund. I have emailed the address given on the instruction manual and have had no reply. It’s been over a week now, what is the procedure of returning this product and getting a refund?

Don’t expect miracles, it’s just a vibrating face roller and T bar. It does help relax the face but it doesn’t tighten anything, reduce jowls or get rid of any fat.

Unfortunately, this product was faulty and ruined a perfectly good new rechargable battery.
