Bought for undiagnosed problematic wrist so I'm able to do press ups without pain, and also lifting weights ect..Works for what I need, the metal splint needs to come out to be able to do press ups but the actual wrap gives enough support.Does say breathable but I find it to get quite sweaty quite quickly but is being worn during exercise..The straps are all sturdy and comfortable, it's fairly lightweight with the only minor complaint is it slightly pinches at my thumb joint at times.Wrist feels enormously better with it on, and soon as it's released I feel my pain again ( After exercise ) so it's allowing me to do what I need it to do, which is all I want.Is functional for my function of it.And reasonably priced considering it does have the metal splint.

Comfortable and stable, good support, can tighten and loosen to your own requirements. Seems well made but time will tell.Great for keeping the wrist straight and supported, but does not work for the thumb and fingers which have no support when lifting or gripping things. I have an overuse injury in the wrist and hand....i use the support for sleeping and when driving. Even with the support and my wrist stabilised if i pick up a kettle of water....even half a kettle....then i have trouble because my injury is in the fingers,hand and wrist.....putting pressure on the fingers by gripping exacerbates the pain and discomfort...which the wrist support does not help with.It is great as an isolating wrist support for sleeping and driving and other tasks which do not require a strong grip, but if you have an overuse injury along with using the wrist support you need to rest the injury for two or three weeks, the support is definitely useful but will not provide pain free lifting or gripping of objects, its not meant for that. REST is the key....and the support helps you rest the area, especially when sleeping when the wrists can be bent whilst sleeping. Over the last two nights i have slept better without pain in my wrist and i havent made the injury worse like i was doing.

Absolutely spot on! I suffer from carpal tunnel in one wrist, and arthritis in both. I've had supports for a while and they were OK, got a bit tatty and decided to treat myself, I decided to only buy one to begin with in case it was no good.The triple Splint support is amazing. The support is very comfortable to wear, I wear it all night and during the day if I'm having a particularly "bad day". The fabric has holes in to allow your skin to breathe, and although my wrist does get warm still, it's nowhere near as warm as my old one I still wear on my other wrist.It really does help with the pain too, and the three adjustable straps are great for getting it exactly right. In fact, it's that good it doesn't need to be anywhere near as tight as the old one to still be supportive.The size chart was extremely helpful and I managed to get the correct size first time.I highly recommend this to anybody that is suffering from carpal tunnel, arthritis or both. Absolutely amazing. The colour is better than I expected it to be, sometimes when you buy something made of fabric in a black finish, it can look like a dark grey but this is jet black.I've only had it a week, and I'm currently working from home so I can't say how it copes with day to day wear and tear, but from what I've seen so far it's more than capable of standing up to anything I can throw at it. It seems very good quality (especially for the price)Value for money is great too. I'm going to buy one for my other wrist now.I'm sorry this is such a long review but I honestly think this product warrants it.

Already had the right one of these and the left is no different. Good quality and support for wrist, love how easy it is to adjust as it is just velcro straps.

Strap is strong and holds very well .Helped the pain in my wrist perfect
