Great frame for a great price!
This frame was exactly what I needed for my artwork just purchased in Key West during a little getaway. I didn't love the yellow mat it came with so this frame was a bonus in that it included a white mat with an 8x10 opening that fit perfectly around my already matted artwork. The additional 5x7 mat is an added bonus that I will keep for potential future use. The frame looks great, was easy to hang and can also be set on a table top. I like that the "easel" arm for lack of another term, folded back flat below the back surface so as not to impede hanging on the wall as I've had happen with other frames that were dual purpose wall/table top. The acrylic was also nicely covered with a peel off film so it stayed scratch free. Very happy customer!

Buyer beware - you'll get what you pay for
I bought these to frame and hang some posters. I didn't want to spend a lot because I was just hanging some posters and didn't like the idea of paying drastically more for frames than the art. These are inexpensive, but I had a bad experience and wish I had just paid more money for better frames.First off, these are fragile frames. I had to order 5 of them to get three that had the quality you would expect of a new frame. All of them had some degree of damage prior to delivery. The quality of the frame is also low. One of the mattes had black smudges on it, making it unusable. One frame had deep blemishes in the plexiglass, making it unusable. Most of the plexiglass arrived with the peel-off protective film on just one side. The other side was always filthy. I wish the protective film came on both sides. This frame comes with mounting hardware. I used it, but wish I hadn't. It includes some surprisingly large nails and a plastic spacer that you put on the nail to make sure you don't drive it too far into the wall. The spacer is too short though. If you drive the nail in just far enough that the spacer is doing what it is meant to, the frame won't hang. You need to pull the nail out a little bit. Basically, the mounting hardware is just some big nails. Do yourself a favor, go to the hardware store, and buy some proper mounting hooks. The mounting hardware on the back of the frame is strange as well. It's not the usual thing that you see - the wide, short piece of metal with the sawtooth pattern on the bottom. this is more like a deep, narrow slot of metal. It makes finding the mounting hooks (or nails, in this case) on the wall difficult. It's a small target. I also found that the hardware on the back of the frame wasn't always mounted at the same height. Three of the frames had it mounted in the same place and two of them had it mounted half an inch higher than the others. If you are using more than one frame, measure the location of where the wall hooks should go for each frame. If you do it all at once and assume the frames are the same, your frames may not line up.The paint on this frame comes off very easily. The slightest rub on the wall will leave a track of black (in my case) marks where the paint rubbed off the frame. Given the unusual hardware on the back of the frame, it takes a few tries to get the frame positioned. If I were doing this again, I'd put painter's tape on the wall above the frame to protect it while I hung the painting. I wouldn't put the tape on the frame, for fear of it pulling the finish off. The paint that rubs off the frame doesn't come off the wall easily. I tried scrubbing, but it did nothing. I'm going to have to touch up the paint.Overall, if you are willing to go through a few frames to get a good one, have your own mounting hooks, are okay with blemishes in the glass, and properly prepare (or touch-up) your walls, these work. But, why put yourself through that? Personally, I'd pay slightly more and get a better quality frame.

Great price, great quality!
I love that the frame is real wood! It was exactly what I wanted, a thin wooden frame. So many frames are too wide. I didn't realize that it wouldn't be glass. The listing says acrylic glass but I didn't know what that meant. However, it's just as good as glass and I don't have to worry about it breaking! It is completely clear and looks great with the photo I bought it for. Very happy with purchase and the price was excellent!

Not worth the trouble
Not really happy about this frame. I bought it to frame a 4x7 photo and the matting for the 4x7 size was all dented and scratched up from a couple of loose plastic pieces with nails sticking out of them that were floating around inside the box. No idea why they were even in there. Also the "glass" is really flexible thin plastic. Less likely to break I guess but they could have at least used a thicker piece so it didn't bend. The frame itself is ok, but since I have to go out to get my own matting now anyway I could have just bought a nicer frame at the same store.

Customer service was exemplary
While these frames were reasonably priced and well-made, the color was nowhere near what was advertised (dark red). They are, at best, not even red but orange in color. Not worth the hassle of returning. So if you are looking for dark red, these will not be what you want.*** Followup review: Company customer service contacted me regarding initial review, which was a plus as many do not. They wanted pictures of the frames and seemed genuinely interested in correcting the issue. They offered to send replacement frames with the hope the color would be right. They went out of their way to offer a satisfactory customer experience for me. In the end, it appears the color I am searching for is not in their palette, so to speak. If looking for a basic color, I would not hesitate to order from this company. Their customer satisfaction goal is superior.

Size is not accurate
Nice color red. Unfortunately, the viewable area from the front of the frame is NOT 5x7, but slightly smaller because the frame overlaps the glass on the front. I specifically bought this frame for a picture I wanted to show the entire 5x7 area of, but now some of it is cut off. Don't advertise a product as 5x7 if the glass doesn't actually allow you to view an entire 5x7 area.

Unmatched mat colors, scratched plexiglass
Attached 11x11 and 16x20 egofine frames. The mat color of 16x20 is grayish looking which doesn't match 11x11 frame and ugly looking. Plexiglass was already scratched on 11x11.We have contacted Egofine for above and they were prompt in communication. They offered to send a new 11x11 frame but they said the mat color of 16x20 is indeed gray and they will communicate with factory for improvement.Overall not satisfied with purchase since 16x20 is not a cheap frame despite being poor quality.

As described
There was damage to the packaging, however the protective film did its job pretty well. The description does state that it is not glass however I don't think that it's plexiglass either. It was unfortunately quite easy to leave small scratches on it and even with the protective film it still had some small imperfections. However, for the price it's a good value and for my use of it you can't see the imperfections. The frame also had slight damage but it is minor and I wouldn't bother returning it. Overall, it's as described.

Nice frame
Comes with 2 inserts in different sizes but wasn’t what I needed. The front part is also plastic and I was expecting it to be glass for the price. Otherwise a nice frame, and I found another use for it.

Great frame, don’t use the hanger it comes with.
This is a great frame! I didn’t want to use the plastic hanger it came with as it looked a little flimsy, I just used a regular nail instead to hang it. Nice quality, pleased with the purchase.
