Red Light Therapy for Face and Body Use - RedTonic Handheld LED Infrared Light Device with 630nm, 660nm & 850nm Wavelengths

Update: I have bought this many times to give as gift. It is SOO good. I had a bad tooth infection where my jaw was tight and I was clenching my teeth. I kid you not, one time use of this light took the tension away!!! I believed it helped to get rid of that infection that even had pus...No, I didn't used antibiotics, just natural stuff and this light. It also helped me with pain relief of my ankle and when the vacuum fell on my big toe, I thought I broke it and I use the red light and that was it...no more pain.. I know it sounds crazy and hard to believe. If I did't feel it in person I would think they got paid to leave this review. I didn't get paid or got it for free. I absolutely love this light. I bought one for each of my family members that don't live with me. It is amazing.I got the red light device yesterday. I wasted no time and used it on my ankle. My ankle hurts when I step on it and twist my body at times and other times it doesn't hurt. Well, after one time 5 minute use it stopped hurting. I can't believe it. If this was someone else's review I would say no way, they are full of beans...But no, it is true. Every so often I would get this pain and it is gone..I just finished my second session. The machine itself looks like is good quality, it comes with two weird batteries that looks kind of cheap, but are rechargeable and it comes with the device to recharge them. It has the glasses to protect your eyes, a nice sturdy box where everything comes in.. super nice. Unlike other product that come wrapped in plastic and you toss it, this stays all in that nice box. The device has a button that you press. it is timed for 5 min. you are supposed to wait one min to let it cool down. Someone else said that the device gets too hot, not the case for me. The device is perfect, you can touch your skin without an issue. I am very impressed and it is crazy that works like that. I was expecting a gimmick or that it would take many tries... I highly recommend it.

I have an arthritic shoulder and could barely move my arm without sharp stabbing pain. This device immediately eased the pain for about one hour at a time. As I continued to use it, I noticed the pain wasn't as severe, until it was mostly gone. Then one day, after about five months, the device wouldn't turn on. The customer service was great. After trying a new charger and batteries, which the company provided, it still wouldn't work. They sent me a new one the very next day, no questions asked. I must say that the one week it took to resolve the issue, my shoulder was starting to hurt again. Now after beginning the treatments again, the pain has lessened. So I know that this therapy is effective for me. It's a great product, that is easy to use with wonderful customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I play guitar and have arthritis in my fingers. This device seems to loosen up my finger after 2 or 3 sessions. Is it the placebo effect? I don't think so since when I don't use it they remain stiff. However, this light can only be use for a small part of your body such as your fingers and maybe your elbow or knee. While the light is bright it does not cover a large area. It appears to be constructed well but the on/off button sometimes does not work. I have to push it several times to turn it on and other times it works well. I am afraid at some point it may stop and my rating would go way down. Also, it would have been nice if they included a power cord for the charger. I got a good deal on it and I don't know if I would have paid the full price.Additional Information: I do not think this device will last much longer due to a faulty on/off switch. While I like the product if it will not turn on it is useless. Now I have to push numerous times and so far I eventually get the light to work. However, it is becoming worse and soon will not work at all. So reluctantly I have to change my rating from a 4 to 2. I give it a 2 because I do find it helpful when I can get it to work.Update: Yes, it is getting worse. The sad thing is this light does help my hand when I can get it to turn on. Now I find if I open it for a battery and then close it, it sometimes makes it work. Soon I am afraid it will not work at all. It is not the battery since I have two and they are fully charged. I am afraid as a result I will have to decrease the rating to 1 star. While the light does help, if there is no light, then it is worthless. So far the company has not helped! I did receive an email from them and I sent two emails to them with two videos of the problem and so far I have not heard from them. This is obviously a defective item but since it worked for me I am going to look for another light. Anyone have any recommendations.After the company responded to my question about the on/off button I sent my information as they requested. I have just sent my fourth email since they told me they could not locate my original email. I also posted a video on here that I sent them demonstrating how with a fully charged battery pushing the button did not nothing.I see now why the price went down so much.Update: I just received a new light from the company. And so far it works. I am happily surprised that I can now go back to my four star rating.

What an amazing company to work with. I had a problem with my laser. The response was quick and more than satisfactory.I wish every company would be this responsive.We have 2 of their products and they are very beneficial.

This puts out a good strong light, which seems to be therapeutic. But the design is not that great. They didn't put a charger into it so you have to swap batteries. That's great if you need to use it constantly, but who does?But the design is rather industrial. The threads are fine machine threads so they're kind of rough to engage and turn. They should have bigger faster threads. And the Battery spring as so strong it's difficult to pull the two together.
