Love my vibration plate. I'm a massage therapist and CMLDT (Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist) and this tool is highly recommended in the Lymphatic Drainage community for moving congested lymph. And I could FEEL my lymph moving (the fluid in my body) the moment I stepped on it for the first time. I also immediately realized that it's great for balance. Reading the enclosed material told me that it is also great for bone density.

We love our Rumblex so much, we purchased this WaverMini for our college-aged daughters. LifePro products are made with quality materials. We use our Rumblex mulitple times per day and never have any problems. It's easy to use, can be used to relax or use as a workout. Even on the easiest setting, I get results. Healthy benefits are one of the reasons we like these vibration boards. My husband has bad knees and a sore back, but claims he feels so much better after a vibration session. Anyone can make a vibration plate, but LifePro is the only brand we will buy!

I was skeptical about how much exercise I would get from vibrating. After using this for several months, I am now a believer. I use it several mornings each week and feel energized. It is quiet while working. It is also easy to use. I began by sitting on a chair at first. By placing my arms on my upper legs, they vibrated along with my legs. I was attempting to build up my legs first, as I have a knee injury. The vibrating has helped to relieve my knee pain and stop my nightly leg cramps.After several weeks, I graduated to standing. I started with my feet together and moved my feet apart every few minutes to intensify the vibrating effect. Once I was secure in standing, I began adding the arm bands. Once again, I began with my feet together and slowly moved them to the edge of the plate.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and hope it continues to keep me healthy with an easy form of exercise.

I bought this to help with my lymphedema. I had bought the regular waver at first but it was too bulky and heavy to move in and out of position . The mini is perfect and very sturdy. I set my feet on it in my rocker recliner first thing in the morning while I have my coffee. I use the programs P0-P2 with the lower range of oscillation as that is best for my condition. There are some great short workouts on YouTube designed for lymphedema and I've been trying to mix it up every day. I feel like it is doing me good although that is not reflected yet in my size. Got to remember to keep drinking water!

This works great & I am looking forward to better health. I felt the lymphatic drainage happening which was very cool.Really looking forward to better circulation & improving balance since i am older now. The unit feels very stable with the suction cups so I do not fear falling off it. Place it near the wall if you think you will lose your balance for extra safety.
