Wow!! Amazingly beautiful! It is a major focal point of our room. Packaging was amazing! No missing or broken parts. However, there were no instructions included and we learned that we need to push the power button TWICE to turn on and off. We thought it was broken when it would not turn on, but we figured it out. Haven’t really tried the heat output because it was installed during summer.I recommend this fireplace insert!

The media could not be loaded. Looks amazing in person!! Operating seems to be a little weird as it delays when powering up manually and with the remote. Maybe my batteries are dead but finally got it to turn on and off consistently.

The media could not be loaded. I chose a size to match the 85” Sony TV which is about 75” wide they are almost perfect. I was concerned to see a few people had issues lately but everything came in undamaged and all works well. The fitment was tighter then expected. It states opening needs to be 15.75” height and 74.17” length but when you add the screw heads all the way around it adds nearly .25” so opening needs to be bigger then it states. I had to sand out sides and bottom beam to get it in, definitely leave your self some space. Looks and works good but only 3 colors and no adjustment on flame height.

I purchased the first unit and there were a defect with the way the front glass attached with a glued hook to the frame, bent frame, and broken controls. It was very difficult to remove the glass from the mounting frame. I returned the unit, delayed my installation by two weeks until the replacement unit arrrived. When the 2nd unit arrived, it had the same defect with the glass mounting hook, but on the left side. This also was very difficult to remove and cannot be fixed because it is very hard to bend and you might broke the glass. Beautiful unit, but manufacturing defects shows that the QA/QC program is questionable. High cost, low workmanship quality. I want a return of my money!

Arrived perfect, loved being able to set up how we wanted the crystals and logs ourselves. I was nervous buying an electric fireplace online due to really wanting a realistic looking flame.. this exceeded my expectations. Throws out good heat too! 74" fireplace and 77" TV for reference.

This is really a nice fireplace and looks great in my livingroom wall.

We chose the biggest possible fireplace so it can match the width of our tv. You have to be really handy to install or call someone to do it for you. The hear is sufficient but not the best. It doesn’t have the flickering flames that imitate a real fire, just some background lights. The so called crystals are super fake and we removed them and the ‘wood’ pieces lay only at the bottom so we had to buy some extra ones to look a little bit more natural. The plus is the remote control and changing the colors plus descent heat. Overall good addition but looks super fake. And it’s an expensive one too due to the size.

Awesome little unit. The variety of lighting options has to be the best part. Was never a fan of electric but wasn’t willing to spend the money on gas for my basement. Was super content with this electric fireplace. The flame on this one looks much better than other electric fireplaces. Over all I give this unit a solid 10 out of 10.

Upon turning the unit on for the first time, noticed the right side flickers and turns off. Have reached out to Amazon and the manufacturer with no help. I’m stuck with a defective unit and a feature wall that was designed to fit this particular unit.

I looked at several different makes before choosing this one based on its looks, features, & price. It arrived very well packaged, assembly and installation was very easy. We have been using it daily since installation in Sept 2021 with no issues. Highly recommended.

Had this for 3 months, lights are not working in the corners and middle. Not sure if there is a replacement part I can get, don’t really want to replace the fireplace since it is custom fitted.
