Our two larger dogs (lab great dane mix and lab mix) love it! they both share the same bed and it has made it 4 months so far. I've washed the cover probably 6 or so times at least. The bottom of the cover is wearing out at this point but the top where they lay is great still. The foam is perfect! it has held up great. I am looking at purchasing a new one because the foam just has too much of a dog smell at this point lol. and the price dropped by $10 so make sure you look at other color choices if you are feeling like its too expensive. I feel like this bed was better than the $30 round ones we were getting at costco. We liked the price but it was smaller since it was round and both our dogs insist on sharing a bed. the rectangular shape is perfect for that. Plus the costco covers shrink down and its a pain to restuff the inside. oh and the problem with mold! the chip inside the cedar bed made the cotton later (holding the chips inside) grow mold from wet paws coming inside after rainy days. No mold on this one. considering we paid $40 and got 4 months use out of it I'm ok. We technically could keep using this one but I'm just ready for a new one. at $30 if it lasts 4-6 months thats even better!

I am writing this review 5 months after receiving it. I had ordered it for an elderly Miniature Schnauzer with back and joint issues. The only regret I have is I didn't order this for him years ago. He loved it the 2 weeks that he had left on this earth. I am so glad I purchased this for him. This made his last days so much more comfortable. He used it continuously. The bed arrived a day earlier than expected. It said it required letting the bed fill out naturally for 24 hours or maybe 48 hours before using it. It arrives with all the air sucked out of it in plastic and expands when its opened. I didn't follow the directions, he was miserable, so he started using it in about 4 hours. It held a dog that was about 20 lbs. very well. The bed was 2 to 3 inches off the floor, so it was easy for a little dog to get on with mobility issues. The outside covering is removable and washable. I washed it once and it held up well when it began to smell. Washing it multiple times I can't make any comments there. The inside padding didn't have any smell and was not washed. The covering is thin and if you hold it up to the light you can see the light through it. However you don't notice it unless you hold it up to the light. The fur hides the thin covering well and it looks lush and full. I think it makes the bed a lot more comfortable for the dog. I haven't had any chewing issues at this point so I can't make any comments there. The puppy miniature schnauzer has used it for several weeks now. He isn't interested in chewing this. I highly recommend this product for the comfort it provides especially for small dogs with joint problems. The negative things I could say is the zipper could be a little better made. I had to be cautious when putting this over the foam. The Covering was thin too, but I covered that earlier. There may or may not be better made products out there but for the price I ranked this a 5 star. It was cheaper than products I purchased at local stores in the past when prices were cheaper than they are now. If you have an elderly dog with joint issues do your dog a favor and order this for them.

this bed l bought the largest size and it fits 2 large dogs on it easily. l finally took off the cover to wash it. It didn't shrink or tear. l was also surprised to find that one of my doggos did chew on it, but you couldn't tell until l took off the cover off. Buying another one soon!

The media could not be loaded. Got this for my 75 lbs 14+ yr old shepherd/hound mix so that he has a bed upstairs and one downstairs. As others have reviewed this is not durable- the case nor the foam is meant to last or hold up to wear and tear, especially if circling/pawing/moisture comes into play. You can with a single finger poke down pretty much to the floor, however, it is still pretty comfortable and provides better support than just a comforter or blanket on a floor when he is laying on it (I've felt around at all the pressure points of elbows, hocks, etc). He really likes it and it's soft but I am covering it with a folded up strong wool blanket to keep it cleaner and more protected. I do not expect it to last more than a few months before foam getting a bit crumbly but I think it will work for us for what we need it for. High quality more supportive foam beds in this size are hard to find for under $120 or so, so this makes sense for us at this point. When we visit my parents it does roll up quite nicely to stuff in my car's back seat or trunk.My dog has severe spinal and elbow arthritis and if he lays too long on hard surfaces his hind limbs fall asleep and he sometimes gets stuck and can't get them under him so this is a perfect option for him downstairs.

14 Months later and our Extra Large Still In Excellent Condition. The faux fur cover vacuums up easily. Our 110 Lb dog can stretch or curl up with her (separate) bolster. I occasionally step on the corner because of the squeeze between my bed and the dog bed; the foam jumps back like new.Best dog bed product I have purchased. A real pity we can't find it on Amazon any longer.

My dog's love this bed. This is my 3rd one. Washing them last a little longer. Overall a very durable bed for my 106lb Labrador.

This is my second order of this product. The first dog bed I received an only be described as a manufacturer's mistake. It was about 34x35" rather than 40x32" and was only half as thick as described with the 40x32" cover hanging off one end. So I started a return and ordered a new one. So far, about 2/3 to maybe 3/4 of the bed has expanded the way it should. It's the correct width and length and at one end it's the correct thickness. But for some reason the other end isn't expanding the way the rest of the dog bed has. It may just take some extra time. I can tell this isn't a super high quality bed - you get what you pay for here. For my purposes, as long as it gets close to being even, it's fine. It will be placed underneath another dog bed that has a bolstered back/arms for a little extra cushion on my concrete floor. I'll edit my review accordingly.

What a beautiful dog's bed. Our Gyzmo a Burmese Mountain dog...snuggled in as soon as it was out of the box, then our cats joined him....they love it and it keeps them so comfortable. Thank you for a great product delivered in excellent time.

I was uncertain about this product as it looks prett cheaply made and I could’ve probably made one myself for a lot less money, but the dog LOVES her bed, so can’t grumble too much as this is why we bought it.
