This product comes as advertised. However there are a few potential flaws with it:There is a visual key to the orientation of the connector, but no physical key. If you were plugging these in in the dark you might get one backwards.The pins don't go very deep, and it only takes a few ounces of force to pull them apart, so you can't have any stress on the cable.The pins are a separate piece which fit into the middle of two female connectors, so when you pull them apart you might end up with pins hanging out of the "hot" side of the connector, which could touch something and blow a fuse or damage something. I like it when I can make the power-delivering side female and the power-receiving side male to avoid this. This can still be done by adding glue to one side, but I wasn't expecting to have to do that.

The alarm system on our house is hard wired. We have bulky connectors that need to be plugged and unplugged when we open and close the windows. I plan to use these small connectors in place of them. The old ones have been beat up over time from opening the windows without disconnecting the connectors first.These have four wires instead of just the two you need to complete the closed window circuit so I will tie the middle ones together and the outside ones together. This way it won't matter which way you plug them back. Also, even though they fit tightly when joined, they look like they will hold up better than the older ones when yanked apart.

This is about the best price you can find on these, but they do have some issues. It seems that the color code on the wires is wrong. I got two batches and they both matched, but I don't know if that will be the case for everyone. Best to check with a multimeter or spare led strip before making any solder connections. Second issue was one of the plugs had a broken solder join internally, fortunately the plastic is fairly soft so I was able to fix it.The connectors I received were all female, with male-male connectors, which worked out just fine.

The order of the sockets didn't exactly correspond to the order of the terminals on my LED strip (I believe red and green were switched). I don't know if the layout of my strips were standard though. Easy enough problem to work around and the product is constructed fairly well.

I really liked these connectors. Very easy to work with. Although I had to solder the wires to the led strip lights because I ordered the wrong Connector Adapters. But still these worked very well for me. I used them on the ends of the 3528 led strip lights as I wrapped my drums with the lights. I hooked them up, so I can set my drums up and plug each drum in. Buy the way, They also come with the 4 pin male connectors. Thanks! David/Kansas

20 connectors for 4 pin RGB LED light strips. Includes 10 pin to convert the female to male plug. The plug is marked with an arrow to make the proper connection. They are all in proper working condition. Constructed well and easy to use. One just has to solder one side to the LED light strip and than you can take advantage of the easy plugs. They definitely made my life easier.

These will work to make corners or extensions on flat RGB led lights Most any round 4 wire or more similar gauge wire should connect with solder or very small butt connectors It has both male and female sides so is fairly versatile . You will still have to install the clamp on connectors to the 4 wire RGB lights

they are what they are. Constructed well and easy to use. If you don't mind a little soldering for your RGB LED strips they're perfect. They definitely made my life easier.One tip, I use these with gel filled phone cable connectors and 26 gauge 4 wire sprinkler wire from home depot for long runs. It's perfect.
