I mix it with water and shake thoroughly, but no matter how hard I shake, there’s always some residue left at the bottom. It also has a slightly gritty or “scratchy” texture when drinking, which might bother some users. Its just a good tasting, fairly priced creatine tub. It has a 5g scoop so its not fiddly with amounts and the taste is surprisingly good. Got exactly what i expected from it, minor strength gains after a few weeks of loading.

It does work, I use it after work out and I can feel the difference after few weeks of using it.It is too sweet though.

It tastes like sweet orange instead of tropical flavour. So good if you like oranges but not as described “tropical”
