Very effective and strongly medicated patch. You can definitely feel the darts really getting in the skin but if in a good way. Eventually the darts dissolve into a sort of film that will cover and tighten over pimple. Dries them out without irritating my skin too much. Redness goes away shortly after removing patch and if there’s some left over film, don’t peel the film off, wash it off instead. The pimple should be smaller after using this. I only use it for deeper and larger pimples before they become white heads.

I don’t know what kind of magic is in these face dots, but they are awesome! I started getting hormonal cycstic acne this last year and forget about the ugliness...it is painful! These little dots do wonders overnight to reduce the swelling and burning! They aren’t perfect, but the earlier in the breakout you can get a dot on it, the quicker it will heal. Shoot, even if you wait to put a dot on it won’t heal it overnight but you will see a noticeable difference in the morning.

I like how it works and it is a very effective patch, but I wanted to use it on my neck and they don’t stay put. I had to hold it in place. The sticky part is not as wide as other patches.

so I have folliculitis, which basically just means my body every once in a while decides it's covered in ingrowns, except it's not, so all my hair follicles get angry and red and itchy for no real reason at all and there's never really been much I could do about it (and you can't pop them or anything like that). It's particularly bad in the under-chin region (like, where your double chin is, for all of you who don't have one!), and it happens that these strips fit almost perfectly to cover that area! So when my hair follicles get angry, I slap one of these babies on at night and in the morning the swelling is gone, the redness is greatly reduced, and all the gunk that was in my follicles that I couldn't actually extract is plain to see.tl;dr great for acne, but also if you have issues with ingrown hairs or angry follicles or pores on your face (like, say, from shaving or tweezing), it might be worth a shot to try. My skin is super-sensitive on top of everything else and I was worried about reacting to the adhesive or something but it's never happened. SUCCESS

The center area with the micro dots is so firm that the adhesive part is not strong enough to stay stuck. I wanted to like these but there is no way for them to be effective if they won’t stay in place.

These are okay... they do the job when i gotta wear my mask for 1+hr but they hurt when I take it off. I wear these on my jawline to prevent more breakouts and it works.

These are great at getting the gunk out. I will have these on hand at all times for those random breakouts

These are hands down the best out there. I buy them over and over even after trying many products. They work and I can really count on them to do their job.
