Despite the few things other reviews say this is a 10/10. If your a bit old school then for $120 it's well worth it. Just one of these games would cost you $60 a good while back and to find an old system with all these games would cost an amount that can hardly be calculated. the few things can even be enjoyable navigating around and learning. In some cases theres no problem either.Great and extremely kind customer support. The company was so generous as to send me an extra hard drive due to a technical issue without a problem or hesitation. I will be looking at the other products from this store. Many of the titles from ps2 or game cube would average over $100. it even has a great set of psp games and a few ps3 games if your computer is powerfull enough to run them. Merry Christmas!

Worked fine for a bit and today it is stuck in an endless loop of trying to load. It crashed while trying to play a ps2 game and now won't boot up. I think it's bricked. Great...

This drive is a must have for anyone even remotely interested in retro games. With that said; Stop playing games and get this drive NOW!! Well worth the purchase.

Let me start by saying, if it was for content alone, this would definitely get five stars! Two people couldn't get through the game list in a lifetime. That said. To get to actually being able to play and navigate through Batocera, you will need to be a little bit computer savvy. Out of the box Bluetooth is not working. You will need to ad a line of code, which I thought was very foolish on the sellers part to leave out. If you ever messed around with anything Linux, you'll be right at home. Some computers will be easier than other to get this to boot, but if you've got an HP, you'll need to get rid of secure boot. That's why I say it's not exactly plug and play, but with some Google and tech savvy by your side, it can be a very cool addition to your emulator experience.

Worked for one day. And this was a replacement for another one that also stopped working shortly after I got it.

The disk is absolutely chock full of repeats - language versions and unexplained variants, so you'll have to make an effort to find the correct versions.I tried out Batocera, and the variants make finding the correct version difficult. Sometimes the games aren't set up correctly with the right buttons or emulator core either, complicating things further.Also, the version here is old, and likely some of the problems I encountered (poor control recognition and unable to find my laptop's HDMI out port) have been fixed in newer versions.Having said that, I didn't buy this for Batocera, so although I spent a fair amount of time organising the games (which is necessary) and just storing the ones I wanted, it was relatively easy, and shrank massively the amount of disk space needed.In that sense, it was roughly what I expected, hence 4 star review. If I'd wanted and expected a playable system, it would have received only 3 stars, as the experience is marred by the bloat of so many variants and occasional poor naming conventions.

Tons of games. Like two PS3 games. Lots of PS2 games. Some run some are slow frame rate. N64 and older games run easily. Well organized and little description to each game. The evil game 177 game is in it but not playable (option to delete the game is easy if ya want to). So, still kid friendly. It's a big rom pack. Worth it really. It's take you a week or more to collect a mass rom pack like this. The hard drive is partitioned. A fair amount of duplicated rooms in other languages. This is cheaper on AliExpress btw 100$ vs Amazon @125+
