Q: is this item can connect with my windows pc and android phone at same time?

I don't know the exact answer to your question, but let me tell you how I use mine and perhaps that will help. I use my multi-device wireless keyboard and mouse connected to two laptops. the first laptop is connected using the USB pin that comes with the device. The second laptop is connected using bluetooth. I have both laptops connected to one display monitor so I switch between the two laptops (I don't use both together), and I have to choose the device on the keyboard and mouse too, i.e. connection one (1st laptop) or connection two (second laptop). I haven't connected a third device. So the long answer is yes, you have to switch between the devices (on the keyboard and mouse separately by clicking on the keyboard and toggling between connection 1,2, or 3 and doing the same on the mouse) to be able to use them.

The device I have has only English. Not sure if you get one with both.

Good Product

The product arrived in good condition and works very well. Took me a little time to figure out how it works but once I did, I was very happy with it. It works well between my two laptops. I have one laptop connected with the USB and the other through bluetooth.Its been only a few weeks since I have been using it, but so far so good. I love the layout of the keys and the smoothness of the mouse.Would recommend this product.

Mouse faulty in about a month

I purchased this about a month ago and the mouse is fault. This is an expensive keyboard mouse combo and I did not expect it to go in just a month. I have the same keyboard and mouse purchased for my wife and daughter and we have been using it for 2 years now without any issues. They were purchased from another physical store in Dubai. This one I purchased from this store and its already gone. I would like a refund or for it to be fixed as I cannot just throw it away. Please arranged to have it replaced.

Not as expected

Keyboard is heavy. Keys are a bit hard. Mouse is not silent click. Product is OK but could have been much better to be at par with other similar products available in the market.
