Short: The scales have run out of battery and no longer charge.Expanded: It's unfortunate that the seller doesn't take responsibility for a product that is difficult to test in the first few days of purchase and falls outside the 15-day window for quality checks. The scales were delivered with a charged battery, but after a month, they ran out of battery and cannot be charged anymore. When the charging cable is connected, the indicator shows that charging is in progress, but as soon as the cable is disconnected, they immediately become discharged again and stop working. I don't know what to do with them; it's not just about the money spent but also about the fact that due to a malfunctioning built-in battery, the item has become useless and will have to be discarded.

I really like this scale. It looks good and seems accurate, although without having another guaranteed true measure to compare it to, one can never be certain. Nevertheless its weight readouts and consistency suggest it does a good job
