Really nice Echo Show. I am always slightly worried when it mentions "Refurbished" but to be honest I wouldn't be able to tell the difference if it was New. The screen is really nice. The sound quality is really good. Connection was easy and would definately recommend especially value for money

I was weary of buying a refurbished item , I needn't have worried though.The box it arrives in was in perfect condition and inside was just the same.Screen was perfect , no marks or scratches and works a dream.

Solid Device with Smart Features and Minor Quirks
The Echo Show 10 is a great device overall. I’ve been really impressed with its functionality, though I’ve recently noticed a slight slowdown in response times and voice recognition. It’s not a major issue, but it’s worth mentioning.I turned off the motion tracking camera as I didn’t find it essential for my use, but it’s a clever feature and could be very useful for others.One of the standout features for me is the Ring integration—being able to see my front door camera directly on the screen is incredibly convenient and adds real peace of mind.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!
Amazon are now showing adverts on these devices. You look over to see the time and all you see an advert for something. This CANNOT be turned off. It gives you an option to 'remove content from device', you click that, it confirms, 5 minutes later it shows you the same advert. Disgusting!

It’s good, but….
A good screen and a good clear sound from the speaker. Very easy to setup and I do mean very easy. My main big gripe is for some reason it keeps telling me it does NOT support zoom in the Uk 🤷♀️. There’s an app for zoom but when you touch the icon it says “currently not supported on this device”. I mean come on this is or should be the perfect machine for zoom. Come on Amazon sort it out and make it as easy as the setup is 🙏…
