Q: Can it detect someone's power level?

No, to find someone’s power level you must buy the intergalactic version not the earth one since we humans don’t really have power levels then there is no point in displaying it.

Q: Does it have calling built in

No. It has two ports, one for USB one HDMI in only to hook to your source (must be 720p). No wireless capabilities at all.

Q: Will this work with a pixel one phone? the only port a pixel has is a usb type c slot. what would i need to get this to work with this phone?

I don't believe that's possible on the pixel phone as it does not have the capability of USB-C to HDMI. If it weren't for the hardware/software limitation, you'd need a usb-c to hdmi adapter and you'd use the supplied hdmi cable to get the video to the vufine.
