Great product
I am not a DIY person but found this easy to fit. It has a smooth open / shut motion and sits well in the ceiling downstairs toilet) without being obtrusive. We used it to be able to gain access to plumbing above in the ceiling.

Ordered 2 one is fine the second has a faulty ratchet and wont stay upOnly discovered this today so have emailed the seller
