Remote control Outlet power switch
Works fine and easy to setup for the right application. It didn't work for my application, but still a great product. I had a switched outlet application which isn't compatible with this remote switch as it when the room wall switch is turned off so is the remote switch turned off thus requiring one to turn it back on each time which I guess I should have realized. Would work great when installed in a un-switched wall outlet.

perfect
I bought a few of these and they all had problems; one would randomly turn off, one must have been the same type as a neighbor had because it went on and off only in the evenings and never during work hours, they just never really worked. This one is going on a month now and it's perfect. not one wake up in the middle of the night because the lights go on for no reason, no random shut off's. just perfect.

Works nicely BUT no active on/off light indicator
I bought the: Magnetic Wireless Light Switch and Receiver Kit The photos in the advert show the magnetic switch with a light on. I was under the impression that the switch light would stay lit while the receiver was active. It only flashes when you click on the On/OFF button. This means I can forget to turn off the appliance and I can not look at the switch for a visual indicator of the on/off status. This was disappointing.

Very nice design
This on-off switch replaces an old remote switch that was much bulkier. This switch needs only a small fitting that plugs into the wall outlet. The user-control is round, has a neat magnetically held on-off switch and is held by a round holding base that I have fastened to my side table. Works perfectly and I am pleased.

Needed a remote controlled receptacle for the outdoor Christmas lights. This fits the bill.Clearly marked ON/OFF buttons and a decent signal range.
