I love that everything you need is included with this product as opposed to having to buy 3 or 4 different things from other big box stores.

Solid quality and easy to install. HDMI cables plug in securely and video image is not affected. Makes for a super clean install - highly recommend.

The plate/connector would not work for my HDMI connection. No signal through the connection, but this was not the only plate that did that. Not sure why they don't work though.

I wasn’t sure how this would actually work with my existing one gang/socket opening. I simply removed the old one and replaced it with the provided mounting bracket. It has the self tightening flaps that grab the inside of your panel or drywall as you screw. Everything was provided and it looks and functions great!

I tried to use this with a standard old-work bracket. The only way you can install this is using an adjustable-depth box (so that you can set the box back a little in the wall), or use a box extender, or just cheat and attach it directly to your paneling or plaster. I'm sending it back.UPDATED: I now observe there is an option to spend another dollar to get it with THEIR low voltage bracket. In my opinion that's a hack workaround they resorted to. I can tell you for sure, their faceplate is a bulkier thickness of plastic and the curled lip doesn't fit over the standard orange brackets sold at your local building supply store. It still gets two stars and it is going back. Just buy a reliably-branded keystone HDMI passthrough, a matching keystone faceplate, and a standard orange low-voltage mounting bracket.
