Massive upgrade for my car!
I have an old car, circa 2010, so it's lucky it has an aux socket for audio let alone anything more complex, but that doesn't stop me wanting more because, well, i'm a man and that's what I do.I had just upgraded to Apple iPhone 13 mini and wanted to get CarPlay in the car - this looked to fit the bill so I picked it up at a decent price. The device sits nicely on the dash (i've glued it down, it's my car, dont judge me) and the audio output routes nicely to the aux input with power going to a new usb socket i've separately got - it comes with one but I wanted to have two high power usb-c outputs (one for this and one for a phone charger mount). Worked great with the power it came with - I only changed it to get different sockets so it's not necessary. The device is responsive, connects transparently every time I start the car up and "just works". Beyond that, it's CarPlay (or Android Auto I guess but i have no experience with that). The CarPlay experience is great and I couldn't see much difference between it here and on my friends £50k AUDI.I do find that your phone won't get good GPS if it's stuck in your pocket, plus power can be a problem for the phone on a longer drive - not a problem for this unit per-se but I would suggest getting a decent phone mount so you can keep it in a clear signal and keep it charged as you go without having to interfere with it while driving (tsk tsk) or stopping periodically to charge your phone.Solid unit though, really glad I picked it up. I picked up the reverse camera for it too (NOT included in the box, to be clear, separate purchase) however I haven't attempted install yet as I'm simply not brave enough - i'll find some other schmuck to do that for me.Being able to have that big screen for navigation, access to Siri voice interaction, Spotify playlists etc in the car is magnificent. If you want CarPlay (or Android Auto) I definitely see this is a great option.

Works well - pleased with purchase
I bought the W103 for my (22) Citroen Relay based Motorhome. It was quick and easy to link to my iPhone 12 and the suction mount and a couple of sticky strips provided the perfect installation. A massive upgrade on the TomTom in the vans ICE system. I use google maps, though Waze and Apple Maps also fine. So do I recommend - yes indeed!! Though a couple of minor points to consider. 1. BT transmission would not work with the van - it would connect but no sound, then when restated you’d have to connect again!! I used the FM transmission to get around this and audio quality was fine. 2. In sunny weather I’d like a little more screen brightness. Not an issue visibility is fine - not up to iPhone or iPad brightness though. So all in all it does what I need - it’s stable does not drop connection and has performed perfectly. I like it a lot!!

Looks good, basic bluetooth doesn't work.
Looks good and seems responsive when using Wireless carplay, however couldn't get it to connect to the car's bluetooth to stream through my speakers. The car would be detected, as was an Echo and Sony TV, however you are unable to click on any to try and pair. Also the mount, come on guys at the price of a few hundred for the unit, spend some more on the mount. It was terrible, so much movement on the joint at the window that it would have shaken the unit to failure if I had actually driven anywhere.Overall, I'd look elsewhere between the bluetooth issue and the terrible windscreen mount I can't recommend this, even if it dropped to sub £100.

Excellent
Love this it works well, phone connects easily and a good sized screen for viewing Google maps directions while driving and when using sunglasses the screen is easily visible. Good value for money but import fees and postage to Ireland made it expensive for us approx 85€ extra.

Very poor audio quality
I tried this in my car using the aux-in of my car stereo. The audio using Carplay and Spotify was awful highs and mids would make the speakers crackle and distort (tried all sorts of Eq and volume tweaks). I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it with a lightning cable to see if was interference for the wireless connection, still sounded awful. Also tried the FM transmitter side and it sounded like the speakers were at the bottom of the sea. Didn't try any of the other functions, the screen did seem responsive but the audio quality was a deal breaker for me. Returned.

Perfect for cars without carplay
The wife was complaining about not having a sat nav in here honda civic. She was going to trade in here car for a new motor, this device was a cheaper option🤭 it works a treat simply plug and play.

Excellent Tech, But Mounting Needs Work
I found that this product was an excellent way of bringing my car into the 21st century, by adding a screen with music and maps to it. This makes navigation and interacting with my phone 100 x easier. It is easy to set-up, use and install. However, the mounting solutions are not very well designed. The suction cup mount cannot support the weight of the device and ends up falling off after a small period of time, and the bracket is not suitable for small cars (like mine) where the tablet would obscure the view of the road ahead. All in all, a must have for drivers without built-in sat-nav / phone connectivity. Much cheaper and much easier than installing a radio into the car (double din units etc.)
