I wanted a method of producing more than one ice ball for my Rock Glass (they only supply one ice ball maker)I would have this product three stars but recently received an email from the company with some excellent tips on making ice balls. Hence I've moved to 4 stars.The instructions with the product are not clear at all and what the purpose of the collapseable funnel is, I have no idea. Now having read the additional emailed instructions, it all makes better sense.I will add another review shortly.

Good product- easy to fill. Ice balls come out of the mould easily. Good size of ball- good for one drink and does melt for slowly than normal ice cubes!

I find it hard to use and keep spilling water everywhere when filling and transporting to freezer. Great to have large cubes however, even if they are not as spherical as I was hoping

It is very flimsy so is difficult to hold and carry. Water was spilling out and some came out in the freezer.

Love it, took a couple of attempts to get it filled to the right level but it does make nice little ice balls and they do tend to last longer in the drinks. Had a few remarks on them when handing out the drinks.

Excellent product,just what I was looking for,helpfull tips on how to use and look after it.The aftercare of this company is excellent as well, I would definitely use this company again.

Easy to make - look impressive and keep your drinks colder for longer! I liked mine so much, I bought one as a gift for a friend who also loves it!

Arrived really quickly, bit tricky at first to fill. Grandkids loved the ice lollies
