I've been swimming [BADLY!] for years now and in an effort to do something about it I'm going regularly to our local pool where I was recommended to buy one of these. I'm trying to do the front crawl and to be honest there's so much to think about arm stroke, head still, breathing, legs - I just can't manage it all so this item prevents you from using your legs and keeps you afloat so you can concentrate on your arms. Believe me I need all the help I can get and this is really helping.
