I bought these back in December 2018 after a bad case of food poisoning. I was previously taking Optibac probiotics but it was interfering with my skin (acne). I did a bit of research on different probiotics as I have Cholinergic Urticaria. Some probiotics increase histamine in the body, some are neutral and some lower your histamine levels naturally. I found Physis probiotics as all the strains but one in the reformist bottle are histamine reducing strains. A week after taking these in December, I found that i didn’t bloat, my hormonal acne cleared up, my brain fog vanished and my Cholinergic outbreaks became less intense. I raved about these probiotics to every one I know and ordered another two bottles off their website.Unfortunately, i ordered another bottle a week ago and noticed that they have ‘improved’ the formula. I compared the old ones to the new and I’ve found a huge difference (added bacteria strains - unfortunately these increase histamine levels and the quantities differ drastically too. They’ve also cut their capsules from 90 to 60). The new formula has an unpleasant smell and when you take one, the taste lingers in your mouth for about an hour.Unfortunately a week into taking these and I’ve noticed my hormonal acne has returned. I’m reluctantly going to have to stop these and perhaps look for another brand.Physis, please change these probiotics back to the original formula, even if you hike up the price. These were a blessing in disguise and I really wish i had bought more bottles of the old formula before it switched over.

Love this product been using it for 6-months now and have found that my IBS doesn't flade up so much also there's no taste or no comebacks of taste also don't have no heartburn since taking this and can eat certain foods that I couldn't eat before

Let’s be honest. These are pills of probiotics that I hoped would make me slimmer.I tried. I took the tablets for a month. They didn’t make me any slimmer even though my diet was roughly the same. I drunk a bit more water.On the plus side I didn’t get any side effects such as a dodgy stomach.But yeah, not a miracle cure to a problem I know is in my brain. Back to the (painfully obvious) drawing board.

Since the reformulated Physis Advanced Probiotics includes silicon dioxide, I was happy to learn that this anti-caking agent is absent from this product. Enteric-coating may help, but there are too many variables to be conclusive. Nevertheless, the various strain are effective; though more lactobacillus rhamnosus would be appreciated.

I was searching for a while for a decent vegan probiotic, with multiple strains of bacteria and that was maltodextrin free. I came across this brand and think it's the best I've tried definitely. Has more capsules per bottle at 90, and the price is very competitive. I struggled with leaky gut, candida and IBS in the past. Probiotics really do help and I can like that the ingredients aren't all fillers and chemically laden as well. Will keep repurchasing. Very happy with this product.

I have ulcerative colitis and good bacteria in the gut is a boost for anyone with an IBD condition . I researched online and found this product to be highly recommended
