Perfect fit for my reclining chair!
My Costco recliner is about 3 years old. The electronic mechanism failed and the foot rest would not move. We researched that it was most likely the switch and decided to replace it. This switch fit perfectly and my chair reclines again. Easy to install, though it doesn't come with any instructions.

Revitalized a $400 chair!
After a few YT videos I did some testing and found that this little part became faulty on my chair.Replacing it with this part was a breeze and my chair works again!

Doesn’t work
One switch should control the foot rest while the other should control the headrest. I have tried multiple ones and had no luck receiving a replacement that functions as the original did.
