Great
Bought these for myself for stress and anxiety. I clench my jaws which causes bad headaches. I now have one in each room and each purse. I store them in toothbrush holders to keep them clean. They really help. I’m really glad someone suggested them to me.

Another great option for my autistic son during high stress situations…Doctor and dentist appointments, haircuts, etc. They aren’t as durable as some of the other designs, but I’ll still continue to buy for an assortment.
