Long lasting non stick but …
Just replaced my pan after 5 years 9 months. Only used wooden tools and followed the recommendations on temperature until I accidentally left it on a flame for an hour and overheated it. This resulted in the non stick failing. As a testimony to my experience I’ve chosen the 28cm Classic frying pan as a replacement. and retained the lid from this one. So my advice is handle with care and avoid metal implements ( despite what the manufacturer claims ).

Does the job, like the lid.
I was sceptical, I'd head so many good things, but the reviews were mixed. So far 3 months on it's as non-stick easy clean as ever.Heats up very quickly.Don't need to use it too high on pan setting. Maillaird still kicks in nicely.Lovely deep sides.

Do not honour their guarantee.
I bought this pan in 2016. The non stick lasted about 6 months. Then food started sticking. After a year I returned it under guarantee for another one. The same thing happened. Then they told me I had let it get too hot so I was not eligible for a replacement. In terms of durability this is no better than any other cheap non stick and they don't honour their guarantee.
