This was super easy to hook up and within just a couple of days - no more hard water spots on my dishes, and skin is feeling much less dry. I highly recommend this product and it’s at a much better price than most!

I was reluctant to buy this unit because of some negative reviews but decided to take a chance on it because it is comptively priced and had the fasted shipping. I'm glad I did since it's working well. Maybe they changed their short hose supplier because I don't see anything wrong with the hose that came with it. It's durable, not kinked and works well. I tested the water inside my RV with a hardness test strip and the softener is doing it's job. I also added some quick connects to the hose ends which makes setting up and breaking down a little bit easier.

Installed as soon as received. Was concerned about the water hardness and softening after about 50 gallons of water. Customer Service responded very quickly and helped me to understand how the system works. I've never owned a water softener before. One thing that a water softener does not do, it does not remove the hardness of the water. That was my original goal but I'm satisfied with the softness aspect of the unit and am very happy with that.

My only negative comment to the maker, the inlet female hose fitting is fixed, which makes it more difficult to thread the hose onto.Overall, we love the soft water and the unit seems well built at a very reasonable price.

Delivery was quick, assembly was quick, checked hardness before hooking up and checked hardness after initial setup. If I discover any issues I will repost but for now all appears great.

The enclosed garden hose couldn't handle 40 PSI. One end detached from it making it useless.

It was an excellent addition to our 5th wheel camper. We have soft water in our home and it works just llike the one in our home, it makes your hair and skin feel so much softer. Well worth it.

Decent softener, but the inlet hose connection is fixed, making a difficult twisting. I bought an additional 6” connector that greatly improved ability to connect.
