They do the job bringing my magnesium up, but I still get upset lower intestines with these the same as with the other kind of magnesium. Taste is good too. They really don't make me sleepy, but they do help with my heart cramping, which my doc says is because of my low electrolytes sometimes. (being closely watched by several ologists, don't worry.)

Great way to get Magnesium Glycinate. The Berry gummies have a nice flavor that encourges me to take them daily.

This product is great & it tastes good. I also had a problem with opening the bottle & once I did they were all stuck together. I had to cut the bottle open, take the gummies out & put them in a baggie after separating them. I like them so much that I will buy them again. Being stuck together was a minor problem since they work, but I'd rather they not be stuck together the next time.

First of all, these are the yummiest gummy medicine-y/supplement I've ever tried! I have to remind myself that 2 is a serving bc I could eat them all.They don't magically take away my anxiety or make me sleepy, but my body is more able to relax after taking them. I often get painful cramps in my legs that wake me over and over at night. I don't have that problem when I eat these. My body hurts so much less overall when I take these. So while my mind is still doing the anxiety thing, my body doesn't seem to get as tight and painful as usual. They're not sleeping pills. I've recommended them to 2 other people who love them, but they don't help them sleep either. It's a pleasant feeling and definitely worth it! Just don't expect to go from incredibly stressed to completely calm and blissful. I love them though and will keep buying them.

I like that it's non GMO and that it has 1,000 Mg Magnesium. The taste is good. The only issue I have is that I've placed two orders this year (January and April) and both times all the gummies were stuck to each other. So obviously they were stored some place hot and the gummies melted together. I only see one other person reporting this, yet it happened to me twice. I may give it one more try. But if those are stuck together as well, it's just not worth my time to have to try and dig the gummies out of the jar and pull them apart (not an easy process).

This supplement tastes like candy. It is sweet and chewy - recommend!
