Why did you pick this product vs others?:My previous case (ESR) was fine, but tore at the USB-C end.The ESR worked well, but had a texture that ensured that the entire pocket of my pants would come out when I pulled the phone out.So I looked for a different texture.I had previously owned a “Silk Kung Fu” case for an older phone. Reading that Smartish is simply their new name, I decided to try this.The fit and finish are excellent, and the case is “pocket friendly” in the sense of not sticking to the inside of the pocket. It is not pocket friendly in the sense that it is twice the price of the ESR it replaces. :-)Too early to comment on the protection, but based upon the older Kung Fu, I hope that it will be fine. (The ESR was very good as well.)

Great case for my iPhone15. Lightweight but very sturdy and protective. The sides are a matte finish which is very easy to hold on to but also easy to put in a pocket and retrieve. The sides also have slight indentations. For someone with arthritis like myself it makes it far easier to handle. Hope this lasts a long time. The patterns are great, too.

i'm kinda picky about my cases but this is probably my favorite one now. i was worried the ridges on the side would be annoying but it feels comfortable even if my fingers don't line up with them. the textured plastic allows for good grip but doesn't make it stick to thing so it's easier to get out of my pocket. the design is also textured too so it's not just a flat image which also helps with grip. the only thing i would change is making the buttons solid instead of open at the top and bottom so dust can get it. but that's mostly a nitpick. they also offer you a screen protector from their website if you pay for shipping ($1) which is pretty cool.

Great case with texture on the sides for better grip. This is my second case and the first (had it for a year) has held up excellently and still looks new. Added one for my wife and she wishes she had this one earlier. Dropped phone many times and it protects well. The only thing is I wish is that they made other more appealing colors and I’d buy more for other family members.

This is a great item. It is nonslip and I really like it. I am buying another one. The reason for the four stars is that is is porous (for nonslip reasons) and it picks up dirt easily.

Does what it promises. Thin and minimalist. I really like the product. I *love* the packaging: can be opened without destroying it, inside is used to share information, and the vibe is fun.

I don’t write reviews for most stuff I buy but this is by far the most superior phone case I’ve ever bought. The textured feel/grip is really good… won’t slip out of my hand. Case goes on easily. Has MagSafe so I can put card wallet on back. And it’s just nice to look at. Lifetime guarantee. Who does that? Best ever.

Coming from a silicone case I was worried about getting one that was too slippery. This was one of the few that had textured grippy sides, but a hard plastic back. The silicone ones were constantly grabbing paper and getting stuck in my pocket. This slides in and out while still feeling firm in the hand due to the textured sides.
