A high quality build, traditional looking watch with smart functionality
This will appeal to people who like traditional styled watches, with a hardened steel case and a saphire screen this should also be very durable. I'm very pleased with the overall look of the watch. The next most obvious benefit is the battery life, although this seems to have it's foibles. The second time I charged it it took a couple of days to drop off 100%. The third time, it was down to high eighties after one day. It's as if you can charge it past 100%. None-the-less the second charge after two full weeks was down to 35%. So it looks like I'm going to get a week to ten days comfortably, which, after charging my iWatch every single day for many years is fantastic.I was disappointed with the strap, it's very thin and quite hard and gives a cheap feel. Luckily there are boat loads of replacement straps available for less than a tenner. I ordered a replacement after a day.The charger feels cheap too, but thankfully it doesn't get much use.The app is not perfect, not as slick as Apple, I've had several app crashes, some of the graphs will visibly glitch when viewed. So all in all not perfect, but still the best looking smart watch available and with the best battery life? Probably.

Excellent watch
I own a Scanwatch 1 which I’ve used for a long time and works brilliantly but purchased Scanwatch 2 as it has a new temperature feature. Both versions are excellent but the temperature featured is good for understanding food and sleep patterns. The watch lasts a long time depending on how you set up the watch. It lasted a lot longer than any Apple Watch and I haven’t found any other watched that does the same that last as long. The application that links to it is also very good out of all the watches out there for the price. It definitely has the most features of last the longest and at the end of the day looks like a normal watch. I would highly recommend to anyone

Nicely built and a quality - supposed an analog - watch with digital features but irrational updates
Very nicely built and of high quality watch with analog display in combination with smartwatch features displayed on a digital display. It worked fine overall in the beginning. However, it appears that the decisions being taken by the Development team are not taking into consideration people needs and are irrational and not properly investigated. The removal of the 'Hands off' as appeared in the latest update is such an example. The watch had an optional feature to move the hands at 10:10 so that the digital display is clearly visible when one or both of hands overlay the digital screen which happens several times a day. While this was a nice OPTIONAL feature, by making the hands move permanent onwards, it is very annoying and distracts of the main purpose of the analog watch to display the TIME. It is getting very difficult throughout the day as when a notification appears, one cannot tell of the time the event occurred as time is being displayed after 20 secs.If this is combined with a series of sequential notifications and of the fact that in daylight the digital screen might be slightly visible or not visible or at all, esp. during workouts, what happens is seeing a time stuck at 10:10 with no visibility at the digital screen too which is quite nonsense. In addition, trying to correct another issue, by logging out and in as suggested by the support team I lost one month of data although the watch was synchronised with the servers (the data were deleted or never synchronised with the servers).I am not certain if that happened because I had also reset the watch trying to revert to the initial firmware version which was working fine. As informed by the support team the factory reset does not revert to the initially manufactured state but to the latest (unwanted for myself and others) firmware which is quite ludicrous.I would otherwise have given 4-5 stars to the watch for its initial performance as its health features are very nicely built with high accuracy and also the App is well designed and comprehensive. However, given the inconsistencies and irrational actions in development and further lack of support (I had a nice support in the beginning which dissappeared abruptly), I am rating this at 1 star until the company/development team fixes the issues and respects its customers as it claims it does.

Not as good as I was hoping it would be, hands hard to see, notifications don't last
The watch looks nice, works well, the app is good, ecg works... but just a few things that could definitly be much better.- Notifications show, but if you don't see them straight away then they are gone and no way to see latest - Goes into service screen when you lean on your hand and press the button for more than a few seconds- Can't see the hands at night, I turn the display off so that it doesn't light up when moving your arm but then you can't see the lumious hands as they are so dim.- Also step dial is hard to read, could do with a red dot or something as it's a bit useless as it is- More settings would be good, make display stay on for longer for exampleI was tempted to send this back but the long battery life was one of my main reasons for buying so it's still a good watch from that point of view.

Value
Loving this watch gives me so many details I need while working out the ECG temp and everything it does is fantastic well worth the money and the battery for a hybrid is top notch 30 days even when I was using a lot playing with all the features.

Abysmal customer support. Watch only worked 4 months
The time now shows an incorrect time (the hands are different from the digital). I've updated to no effect, I've done all the troubleshooting things to no effect and so tried to contact customer support. The only option is to chat during restricted hours or talk to the community -Really? That's not support. There's no contact email address.DO NOT BUY. Although at first I was impressed with the way it worked, I found the atrial fibrillation only showed if I had A Fib with a low heart rate. Anything over 100 and all it would say was I had a fast heart rate when I was having an A Fib episode. Not impressed. If it doesn't work as a A Fib detector, and doesn't work as a watch, what good is it?Don't Buy!
