Q: What is the size of this ID card?

Our ID cards come in two standard sizes/orientations: Vertical - 3⅜ by 2⅛ inches, and Horizontal - 2⅛ by 3⅜ inches. The thickness of the cards is 30MIL, which is the same as credit card thickness.

Q: What material is it made of?

It's PVC. The design is printed on robust PVC material, which is then enhanced with a protective coating on both sides that's almost impossible to peel off. With this technology and technique, you get a credit card-quality product.

Q: What kind of file should I upload for my logo and ID photo, so they look good when printed?

The higher the quality, the better. This means the resolution of the photos should be as high as possible. Also, please upload photos without any filters applied. A logo without a background would be perfect. We handle color correction, contrast, etc

Q: What if I spot an error on my ID card?

Yes, sometimes we make mistakes. We're only human, after all :) If the item you’ve received fails to meet your expectations, or if you notice a mistake or any other fault, tell us all about it and let us make it right!
