Decent adapter. I've bought about 5 or 6 of these and they all seem to fail after a few months of use. The most recent one I stripped down the cables and tested for continuity to check if the cables or barrel plug had become worn or damaged. They tested out fine which indicated it was the wall wart itself. Not really sure what caused it to fail. Unfortunately it's difficult to find 12v 3a UL-listed adapters like these that are reasonably priced. Might try a competitor's version next time but I'd prefer the transformer be integrated into the wall-wart instead of the box types that come in two pieces.

Works great, using it to replace a battery charger i bought that came with a cheap power adapter that would turn on depending on how the wire was positioned -_-`but this one is great, i picked a higher amperage with this one and now my charger is working flawlessly, even charging batteries that other adapter (2.4A) couldnt because the battery charge was too low, but this fixed that by being able to supply more power. also this one is UL listed so i can be sure it will work well and not cause a fire or something.

This power adapter saved me a lot of time and hassle with the carrier. My battery backup system went bad, and a friend told me all I needed if I wasn't worried about power outages was to get the proper power adapter, and it would work just fine. Well I did and it did. THANKS iCREATIN

Power supply failed after 8 months. Okay, no problem, the power supply has a two (2) year warranty. Oh, there is a problem, the seller will not respond to a request to provide warranty support. Warranty is useless, the power supply did not last, my recommendation is to avoid this seller.

This power supply seems to be great quality. Much better than the non UL-FCC listed junk that is so abundant.

used dimmer for under cabinet lights works great. Liked extra cable adapter
