Highly recommended for chest work out and others
Amazing product helped a lot in my gym session especially when doing chest works out. It help my wrist to stay at one position and rather it moving. I highly recommend it. It fitted perfectly on my wrist. It is very strong also, and it is very light weight. It also helps me with pain I use to get before now it doesn’t hurt at all.

Not a great fit for small hands
A splint wrist support that seemed well made and a gd price.However the fit isn't great for my small hands.This item is not adjustable across the hand, but is around the wrist & forearm.I found it really uncomfortable under my thumb on the wrist where there is a seam.Might be better for a medium sized hand.
