It Works
At first I wasn't sure if it was going to work, but to my surprise, it did. This tool was hard to find, since the pendant lamp was also hard to find.

Good product
Used to change out light globes in a chandelier and bathroom wall fixtures. Kicked myself for not keeping the one that came with the light fixture when new. I'll keep these on hand for future use.

Tool Fails To Impress
Tool was not very well designed but managed to modify it to get the job done. The "shade rings" were not of sufficient uniformity to make them fit the tool as I had hoped. The tool was modified with a Dremel Tool Grinder to fit the splines on the shade rings better and that allowed the rings to be removed. A 1 foot PVC pipe handle was added to the tool itself so it could be turned with more force by two hands. This helped get the rings loose and helped replace the rings for re-assembly of the fixtures. Not a total waste of money but certainly better than nothing. Would probably NOT buy these again due to non uniform design... Hope this helps... Bill.....

It works
I couldn’t get the the ring holding the shade in place on my pendant light fixture to loosen. I found this item and it worked great

Best tool ever
This tool is awesome. Trying to get your hand up in the light fixture to screw on the nut that hold everything in place is difficult. Just put the nut on the end and screw it on. Perfect.
