Great pillow
This pillow works great for me! I’ve tried dozens of pillows before this one. It is comfortable to use while sleeping on my back or my side. I used to get headaches and neck pain from sleeping and that’s no longer the case.

Lack of neck support
I tried this for a while, and tried both sides of the pillow. Support? Once in a while, but I think it depends on how my neck feels. It should help me when my neck is sore and needs support. It says soft, but feels like one step below molded styrofoam. I may just wash it once to see if it ruins it or softens it a bit. Don't buy it.
