Contains the sand
I was looking for something my child could use for his kinetic sand on our patio. We have a small apartment and don’t have a lot of storage. This is easily inflated, and deflates for storage. So far it is doing a great job of containing the sand. Its easy to clean by rinsing it off with wager. It will also double as a swimming pool for action figures. It’s a fun, versatile toy!

Play cards in the pool with this!
I bought this to play cards in a pool. We went on vacation where all we did was swim and lounge in the hotel's pool. I bought some waterproof cards and this so we can keep cool while we play. It worked really well, but I did have to fold up a towel to lay inside so the cards would stay put. Otherwise, they would float around when water inevitably got into the box. Now I just need to find a waterproof light so we can play in the evening as well!

Did not hold air. Deflated within a minute or so.
Bought this as an add-on gift for my daughter's birthday. She loves kinetic sand, so this seemed like the perfect sandbox. Came in a generic plastic bag, folded. Cute, bright color! She was excited. However, it started leaking air upon inflation (no, I did not over inflate it) and within a minute it was completely flat. Found small pinhole type spots around the seams. Poorly constructed, lesson learned.

Works well but may not last long
They are nice for sand or clay or whatever messy things you want to keep in one place but the air doesn't seem to hold very well.

This was perfect!! Great size
This saved my kids from a total meltdown. We got a Kinetic Sand kit that only came with ONE blow up play area. God forbid they share it. This was perfect!! Great size, durable and most importantly, saving my sanity!!

great for sand play
My 5 year old granddaughter uses this every visit. It is great for using inside. She can sit on the floor or table and play with her sand. We don't have to worry about the sand getting all over the table. It saved us from having to sweep up sand from all over the room. Very easy to store when not using.
