I like that this is a great reference for the vibration plate. It makes it easier to plan how to use my plate every day instead of just standing on it.

Being type A personality I have no patience for watching videos; I want them to get right to the point and chatter drives me crazy, lol. When I saw the LifePro poster I knew it would be perfect in teaching me the basic uses for my Waver and it didn't disappoint.I've only had my Waver a few weeks so this poster was able to show me important things (like keeping your knees bent, oops!) and to start off doing just a few minutes of each exercise.For those like me who have no patience for videos, this post is perfect!I'm going to get it laminated!Great poster!!

This is great for beginners, easy to read and follow without having to refer back to the book or watch videos. It's a little expensive, but it's better than paying a personal trainer! Instructions are easy to follow and gives you multiple levels to choose from so you can go at your own pace and challenge yourself along the way! Two thumbs up from this customer!!

I used this the first day I received it and it does help with using the platform and encouraged me to try different poses. But in my honest opinion it is overpriced for all the more that it is and it or something similar to it with a variety of exercises with more explanation should be included with a vibration platform when you purchase it. Lifepro is a great company as far as taking care of their customers so I would still highly recommend any of their platforms, but if money is tight I'd find other places online for how to use one.

I really like how this poster breaks down the exercises including target area, goal and levels. I like this so that I know I am doing the exercise correctly. This is a product that I didn't know I needed until I received it. It is a great addition to my Lifepro vibration plate workout. It came neatly folded in a bag. Delivery was faster than stated, so that was a bonus. I like that it doesn't matter which plate you have, the exercises will work with any of them.
