It was a little annoying trying to get it connected with my Android phone because of how my phone was wanting to use the wifi connection. But once I got it working, the device worked great. I don't know how often I would use it, but I really appreciate having the option when needed. It's nice to get a better look at the contents of your ears or nose.

I CAN'T LOAD THIS ITEM TO MY IPHONE, I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES. PLUS CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT CAN ONLY HAPPEN AT 7PM EST, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT EVEN IN THE USA. I HAVE EMAILED MY CONCERN TO THE MANUFACTURER AND ARE GIVEN THEM ONE CHANCE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. I AM GIVEN THEM 48 HRS TO CONTACT ME TO HELP ME. AND IF I DONT RECEIVE THE HELP I AM RETURNING THIS ITEM. I AM A MAD CUSTOMER AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS IN MANY YEARS OF SHOPPING ON AMAZON.
