Versatile and Adaptable

Not easy to use and quickly breaks
A traditional sewing machine has the spool thread underneath and the needle thread on the top. As one thread goes down, a loop is created to form the stitches. The spool thread is at the side, so even when following the instructions for rethreading the needle, when the fabric is pulled away essentially the needle has just punched holes into the material and the thread just pulls out not stitched at all. The foot has to be lifted to place the material underneath, which is difficult to do, including on thin linen. I definitely would not buy again.
