Great machine, very large.
The media could not be loaded. Much larger than anticipated, very cheap unit considering, makes a full tray of ice in roughly 13 minutes, nice sized cubes, can be hooked up to mains water supply and comes with two free filters, however i bought to use with cpd bottled water which i have now ordered, did a test run by pouring water directly into the reservoir which i think holds about 750ml? So enough for about two trays of ice but you will definitely need to hook up to mains or use cpd bottles if you plan to leave it running for extended periods. More suitible for commercial use but if you are a home user this is for people (like me) who get through tons of ice, otherwise i would advise getting the small machine. Can't wait to use this for parties and of course to keep myself topped up with ice cold drinks year round. Lots of annoyong plastic to remove from the stainless steel outer on arrival, i would recommend scoring around the edges with a knife before pulling off to get a neater finish. Seller was responsive and helpful.

Cheap but works well in our Restaurant
Was hesitant given that its half the price of our previous machine but , easily setup and works well, small square cubes come off in blocks that you break up , so far, had it 2 months, did stop working once but wifey cleaned it all and was all OK after and since..fingers crossed. ** EDIT 08/24 , Still dicey, keeps Erroring and requiring cleaning of the filters despite having a softener attached , but its still going strong'ish but gives the impression it could die at any moment ..lol ** Will add its epitaph when the time comes... but, look at the price folks ! Nearly 1/3 of the branded competitors !

Make sure you do not cover the fan as this can get very hot
Really quick at making ice much better than the last smaller ice maker I had this one fits nicely on the side in my garage

Great Machine !
Does just what it says on box ! You can drain it from the bottom with the plug that is on bottom right side near to front the drain plug just needs a good pull it's not a screw.Makes great Ice I pop it on for 6mins it gives larger cubes that are solid all the way through ! The ice lasts all throughout the night to morning cooling and still pretty solid !When or if I ever need another machine I will be buying from this company again !!

Its brilliant, just keeps on churning out clear ice cubes.
We bought the bullet type first, but I wanted to take that to my unit, so we purchased the Square cubed type and so far all its done is churn out tones of ice non stop.It has over a litre and half of water capacity (I think). We set it to +6mins as thats the bigger cubes. They are always clear and stay as ice way longer than the bullet type.Just so you know, the first batch on any day is always a bit less, often contains a few minerals, but thats just because the machine is getting up to speed. After that it just keeps on giving.I really cannot fault it.Love it and can't live without it.Josh

Clear Ice
After starting out with a sub £100 bullet ice making machine mainly for cocktails, I found the ice tended to melt quickly and not taste too good. I should have spent the extra money and got one of these from the start, the difference in the quality of ice is Night and Day, also makes more ice and quicker than the bullet ice maker. Highly recommended.

Faulty parts and poor customer service *UPDATED*
The media could not be loaded. Updated review:Seller did end up offering to exchange the unit and to pay for shipping which was appreciated. The issue with the fan seems to be working itself out and is less frequent, unsure if it was dirty or miss-aligned but seems to be righting itself slowly. Docking 1 star as the noise still happens occasionally.Initial reviewIceCube maker functions well but mine had a faulty fan that had a bad bearing or some form of fault and it was very loud. Much louder than any other full size appliance in my kitchen by far including my full sized fridge and a running dishwasher …Contacted the seller and they informed me that this was normal noise levels for the ice maker. When I asked for an exchange, I was told that I would have to pay to have it shipped back to them.Very poor customer service experience overall. They offered to send me a 20% discount which seems odd to offer if there’s nothing wrong?!Built quality and ice making capacity: 8/10Customer service post purchase: 1/10Noise level from the ice maker due to possibly faulty fan: 0/10
