Good for light weight cups
This hanging cup holder works best for lightweight cups. They hold my espresso cups and teacups well, but coffee cups are too heavy.

Not meant for heavy cups
Comes with screws but I rent so I didn’t want to use screws to hold better. I used some mounting putty to hold better. Doesn’t hold big coffee cups well.

Not heavy duty. Bends easily when you put mugs on it, which is what it’s advertised for. Requested and received a refund.

Screws on wrong strip!
The screws need to be on the bottom metal strip. With each mug that I added, the metal strip hung lower. The mugs on the hooks ended up sitting on the mugs below. It was useless, so I returned it. If the company changed the design, it would be great. The metal pieces are sturdy, but the lower one sags too much.
