I’m in love! I stayed in a hotel that had feather down pillows and had to have my own. I bought these and I’m so happy that I did. Super comfortable and I am sleeping so good. Never go back to poly filled pillows.

First round of pillows smelled bad and the feathers poked through bad. I complained to the seller and they made it right! They explained to me it was a product malfunction and it had been fixed. They gave me the choice of half money back or pillow replacement. I chose to have the pillows replaced and they are just perfect. I would suggest these pillows now for a great price.

Feels great and keeps it shape. It could be a little fuller.

This is a good quality pillow great for a side sleeper which is why I purchased the firm model. As advertised it is firm and dense yet a very comfortable pillow. Recommend if you like firm.

I did not like this pillow and returned it after one sleepless night. It's touted as the "epitome of comfort" with "unrivaled support and softness" but in reality, this is not a supportive pillow at all. It is very soft and fluffy, but when you put your head on it, your head just sinks and there is no support. Not a good pillow if you have neck issues or are a side sleeper. Definitely not worth the money they are charging.

This pillow is really good. I chose the medium firmness, which is just right for me. The height is also suitable. It is very comfortable. It does not make any squeaking sounds to disturb my sleep, and there is no unpleasant smell. The comfortable pillow helps you sleep well all night long.

The pillows in plastic bags were stuffed with the pillow bag (yes the wrinkled one in the picture). The pair of pillows are not firm at all - I’ve been slept in tons of hotels and I know what firm means. I thought they might have delivered me the wrong ones, so I tried to check the label. However, I couldn’t find any thing indicating they are “firm”, “medium” or “soft”. I wonder how the seller distinguish the different variants? Considering return them. Not worth the money.

Not as firm for a side sleeper who needs form but not hard. This is slightly too mushy.
