Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect for our bearded dragon who was NOT doing well with the regular round lightbulb style uv lamps. His health improved miraculously within a week! Scray how difficult it can be to trust that a light is doing what it says it is. This one does! I will be purchasing a uv meter in the near future to keep from having to guess if he's getting the proper amount of "rays". He literally returned to health over a weeks time by just replacing his old style bulbs ( which were brand new) with this one, he started eating again within the first day and drank a good amount of his constantly available water. Amazing what the properly working type bulb can do to a lizard's health and how absolutely terrifying it can be to watch what an improperly working type bulb can do to a lizards health! Highly recommend THIS product for returning my bearded dragon to a healthy flourishing state.

Im actually really impressed with this little UVB kit for my bearded dragon. I always went with Reptisun, but this was an out of the blue rescue and I needed proper UVB, FAST. I found this at a great price point and great solar readings with it shipped next day!

Definitely keep this fixture away from foggers/misters. It worked great for two weeks, but the ambient moisture got to it and corroded the inside of it. If you have a pet that requires regular misting or use of a fogger, make sure this thing stays back and has a bit of ventilation. Because of the size of the light, keeping it far off the tank away from moisture isn't really an option because it won't penetrate the mesh like it should. My advise would be to seal up all the edges with Silicone to waterproof it. I'll be ordering another just due to the price point, but I'll make sure to seal it up so it doesn't die again.

I had gotten a fixture and apparently it was defective since it went bad in less than 2 months. I hesitated in contacting the seller thinking I wouldn't get my issues resolved. Let me tell you was I wrong! After leaving my initial review I was contacted within 2 days or so. Seller refunded me for my damaged fixtures and offered to send me a new one free if charger. Already received the product, and I have been using for 3 days with no issues. I would recommend you try this seller and give it a shot! You won't be disappointed!Thank you again!

I love this lamp. My beardie was really lethargic but after buying and using this light, she seemed to start showing improvents and moving around more.

This UVB Light by Hygger works great my Chameleon spends a lot of time under it .
